RUN COURSES:

sprint distance  5K
Exit transition area through the "RUN OUT" opening and follow path towards Shady Oak Rd. Make a left onto Shady Oak Rd and go about a 1/2 mile. Make a left down the ramp to the MN Bluffs Regional Trail. Make a right onto the trail and continue towards Rowland Rd (crossing over Dominick Dr). Just before Rowland, turn back towards Dominick. Make a right onto Dominick, and continue 1/4 mile to the trail on the left (at Jorissen) that leads back to the transition area.

mini-sprint distance 1.75 miles
Start the same as the sprint distance, but make a left at Dominick when you first get to it. Follow Dominick to the trail. Make a left and follow the path back to the finish line. Congrats!
